Kyro Herbert
Compilation & Styles
Biography
Kyro is a very rare case, not many 32 year olds (doing voice over since he was 4) have 28 years of experience at such a ripe age.
He comes from a lineage of top shelf voice artists being son of Ric & brother of Pearl Herbert.
In his time he has voiced thousands of commercials for radio, television & cinema, so he knows how to take direction and hit the mark.
You name a brand, he’s done it!
During his teens he had guest roles on Home & Away, Blue Water High & was a finalist in the Shakespeare Festival, selected to be in the cast of Two Gentlemen of Verona (in conjunction with the Bell Shakespeare Company).
Being a keen athlete up until that point he discovered Dance Music and has since risen the Australian Dj ranks through his music production and performances, with 2 ARIA #1’s to his name.
Kyro is a very accomplished Voice Artist extraordinaire with multiple feathers in his cap.
A sure thing when it’s come to VO’s
Reviews
Kyro helped me recently on last minute campaign for Glue Store.
He nailed the tone and energy we required on the scripts, and even accommodated some super last minute changes which we really appreciated – he went above and beyond for us.
Highly recommend!

Always an absolute pleasure to have Kyro in the booth!
He brings a unprecedented element of wit and personality to each and every read.
This is what allows Kyro to amplify what begins with a monochrome bunch of words on paper, to a colourful butterfly of emotion fluttering around the studio.
Oh, and he’s a great guy too!

Here at We Love Jam, We Love Kyro.
Always punctual, personable & professional.
Can nail a script and a nice guy too!
Andrew Stevenson, We Love Jam
Kyro is one of those voices who just gets it.
From thick juicy scripts, to a read that needs that extra bit of love.
Kyro’s ability to interpret what’s not only on paper, but it’s intended direction is exceptional
Highly recommend him!
