BIOGRAPHY

Matt recently returned from an extensive tour of Europe, where he shot a 13-part series for SBS on the lives, music and stomping grounds of the Great Composers. He wrote and co-presented the series, which has subsequently been bought by BBC Worldwide.

As an actor, writer and voice over, he has a good handle on irony, allowing him to flow freely from dramatic to comedic.

He is currently one of the most sought after voice artists in Australia. Regular clients include: 7 Network – Showtime – 20th Century Fox – Toyota – and many more. Popular and widely used, Matt’s versatility and warm, authoritative “signature read” ensure that the marketplace always listens.

Aside from the serious, he was also a core member of the radio satire, How Green was my Cactus, for nearly 13 years. He has won the Henry Lawson Spoken Word Award for Poetry twice.
