Biography
Barton Welch is a Voice Actor, TV Actor and Musician based out of Melbourne.
With over 10 years of professional experience in the industry, Bart has leant his voice to hundreds of creative and commercial clients, and always brings a fun easy to work with energy to the booth, ready to take direction and nail the brief. A natural storyteller, Bart has narrated over 25 audiobooks in varying genres and styles, bringing warmth and versatility to each specific project. A 2014 graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA – Acting BFA), Bart has also appeared in numerous film and TV productions, including roles in Channel Ten’s Offspring and Neighbours, Foxtel’s highly successful series Wentworth, Channel 7’s Home and Away and Molly, as well as appearing in Neil Armfield’s feature film Holding The Man.
Outside of the booth, Bart can be found singing, playing and making music in the Melbourne music scene, DJing festivals and underground parties across the country under the name ‘2 Actual DJ’s’, learning Spanish, Travelling, or enjoying copious amounts of food, sport, nature and art.
