BIOGRAPHY

Barton is a 2014 graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts. Since graduating from the VCA Bart has appeared in multiple film & tv roles. He played a featured role in Neil Armfield’s feature film Holding The Man opposite Sarah Snook and Ryan Corr and has since had guest roles on Channel Ten’s Neighbours and Offspring, Foxtel’s highly successful series Wentworth, and Channel Seven’s mini-series Molly.

Along with film appearances, Barton has become quite the voice over artist, lending his voice to many clients such as Jeep, Tourism Victoria, Spring racing, as well as narrating over ten audiobooks.

In 2013 Barton played an intriguing role at the Malthouse Theatre where he performed live sound effects and sampling for Fear & Love & Clowns by Fear & Love theatre company. Barton currently performs backing vocals for Melbourne based soul band RatChild, who have just finished a successful run of shows including a main stage show at Tasmania’s Party in the Paddock.
